SUSTAINABLE LUXURY
Our approach is characterized by the combination of two seemingly opposing attributes.
- Sustainability & Luxury -
We believe that these two attributes do not have to be mutually exclusive, but can complement each other wonderfully.
You can read below why we have made Sustainable Luxury our credo, why we align our actions with it and how our products live up to it.

AN INVESTMENT FOR MORE THAN JUST ONE LIFE
Wood is a raw material that has been mined by mankind for thousands of years for a variety of purposes. In today's consumer society, it is far too common for us to buy cheap products that we then replace with new ones after a short time. The consequences of mass mining induced by our throwaway society are omnipresent.
Our products last for decades if cared for correctly and, unlike other materials, can even gain character with use. With other materials, it is often inevitable that they will have to be replaced after just a few years, which in turn means that we consume more of the raw material wood than can be regrown, thus polluting the environment.
TIMELESS DESIGN
We don't follow trends. Our design follows our overarching goal of producing sustainable products. It is timeless and retains its authenticity for decades.
And if after a while you feel like changing the look, that's no problem. By sanding the wood again and sealing it with oil, wax or varnish, you can bring out other accents in the wood. You can also change the look with little effort by replacing the table legs, so you'll never get tired of your table.
WOOD DOES NOT GROW BACK
That's nonsense, of course. Wood naturally grows back and is therefore not a finite resource. To support this process, we are involved in reforestation projects and plant a tree for every table sold.
CLIMATE-NEUTRAL TRANSPORT
The transport of goods places a significant burden on the environment. We are aware of this and are therefore taking action to counteract it: our transport is climate-neutral. Every distance that one of our products travels to your home is recorded and the corresponding CO2 emissions are offset.
WOOD IS RECYCLABLE
Reclaimed wood is wood that has previously served a different function before we process it further. We are currently working on corresponding products and look forward to presenting them to you soon.
DOES LUXURY ALWAYS HAVE TO BE EXPENSIVE?
No, it doesn't have to. Admittedly, we are almost certain not to receive the prize for the most cost-effective production. But that is not what we want. Rather, we want to raise awareness of how sustainable use of resources can significantly influence the value of a product.
And in addition to all the measures we take with regard to the sustainability of our products, we also set high standards in terms of workmanship. For example, all dining tables are made by hand. We only use solid wood of the highest quality, which is robust and durable and therefore meets our requirements exactly. Another outstanding feature of some of our tables is the existing tree bark. We preserve this in a complex process so that you will have the feeling of having a fully-fledged piece of nature in your home. Each of the products offered is unique and makes a statement through its appearance alone.
THE WONDERFUL SYMBIOSIS OF
SUSTAINABILITY & LUXURY
Luxury is often associated with attributes such as excess, waste, enjoyment and individualism, whereas sustainability is synonymous with ethically correct action and limited consumption.
Our products combine the best features of both worlds: Luxurious and sustainable products are often characterized by exceptional, timeless design and creativity, are made from special materials of outstanding quality and are designed for longevity according to the motto “Fewer but better”.
As you can see, sustainability and luxury are not contradictory, but complement each other in a wonderful way.
